Yes. You may request a change or cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. After this period, your fragrance will enter the packing and shipping process, and we will be unable to modify or cancel it.
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been delivered. The only exception is in the rare case of damage during transport. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the product and packaging, so we can assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Upon verification, your refund will be settled to your original source of payment within 7 working days.
Can I modify my delivery address after reserving?
