Refunds and Return Policy – Anvera
At Anvera, a distinguished creation of Ankitanex Glamira Pvt. Ltd., each product is crafted and packaged with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. As our collections include fragrances and skincare products of a personal nature, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened, in order to preserve product integrity, hygiene, and quality. In the rare instance that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to transit, such concerns shall be entertained only if the client, customer, party, company, or firm immediately reports the matter to our client care team within forty-eight hours of delivery by writing to support@anvera.international with clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Claims raised beyond this stipulated period shall regrettably not be eligible for replacement or investigation. We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered products under any circumstances. However, should an order be placed and subsequently cancelled by us due to unforeseen situations, you shall receive a full refund to your original method of payment, with the refund initiated within three to seven working days of cancellation.
If an order has been placed by mistake, a refund will be processed only if the customer holds a registered account on our website and escalates the request to us via email within four hours of placing the order, as after this time the order will be scheduled for packing and dispatch, making it ineligible for cancellation or refund. All refunds, where applicable, shall be subject to verification and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on the policies of your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any claims that do not comply with the terms stated herein, and by placing an order with Anvera, you signify your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
