This Delivery & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through the official ANVERA website, operated by Ankitanex Glamira Private Limited.

Delivery Policy
ANVERA currently delivers its products through third-party logistics partners to various serviceable pin codes across India and select international regions. Upon successful placement of your order, the delivery information including the shipping address, customer contact details, order contents, and invoice will be securely shared with our logistics partner for the sole purpose of delivery.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location, availability of the product, and courier network constraints. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days and delivered within 4 to 10 working days. International deliveries may take longer and are subject to local customs regulations and duties.
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate at the time of placing the order. The company shall not be held liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout and are non-refundable once the order is processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled prior to processing and dispatch. Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation will not be possible. To request a cancellation, please email info@anvera.international as early as possible with your order ID. Acceptance of cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of the company.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in case of products that are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographs showing the issue. Returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and invoice.
Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal dislike of fragrance, change of mind, or delayed delivery. Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used products will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, a return pickup will be arranged where serviceable. In non-serviceable areas, you may be required to ship the item back to our return address at your own cost. Return instructions will be shared upon approval.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has passed our quality check. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days from the date of return receipt. In case of payment failure or expired account, an alternative method may be requested and used, subject to verification.
Shipping charges, if applied, are non-refundable. In the event a return or refund is denied, the customer may request the same product to be reshipped at their cost.
