  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination, local accessibility, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • In most cases, shipping charges are included in the product price.
  • If any additional delivery charges are applicable, these will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts & Address Policy

  • If the delivery address is found door locked, our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as cancelled.
  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect and no prior communication has been made with us before dispatch, the logistics team will attempt delivery as per the address given. In such cases:
    • The order will be cancelled if undeliverable.
    • Shipping charges will be deducted, and the balance (if any) will be refunded to the original payment source.
